John, Owner of Optimum Health and John Rowinski Massage
Both a Massage Therapist and Colon Hydrotherapist, John graduated from the Santa Monica Massage School in 1989, starting a life long career in massage therapy. Working for various health care centers, spa’s, sporting events as well as private practice, John has worked on thousands of clients . With over 700 additional hours of training, John offers a variety of techniques that he crafts into each and every one of his signature massages. Utilizing the various techniques of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Cross Fiber Friction, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Heated/Hot Stone Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Reiki, Crainosacral and Bowen Therapy. Each massage is orchestrated to calm the nervous system, stretch and lengthen the muscle and fascial tissues of the body as well as bring a sense of peace, serenity and calm. These various massage techniques coupled with John’s energy delivers an experience second to none in the world of therapeutic massage. John is a Member of I-Act (International Association of Colon Hydrotherapy) as well as a Certified Colon Hydrotherapist
